Common questions regarding membership and security
- Is my personal information safe?
Yes. All of your personal information is stored in a secure database separate from the contact information stored in your own Emergency Database. This information is held for our administrative procedures only and cannot be accessed by any third party or even by our call centre. We will NOT disclose any of your personal information to any third party. Our call centre or indeed any third party coming to your assistance will only have access to your Emergency Database.
Special note: You will have complete control over the information that is contained in your Emergency Database and third parties who may come to your assistance in an emergency, will have access ONLY to that information and no other personal information. Further, if you do not wish your Emergency Database to be viewed over the internet you can so enable this.
- Why do I need more than one product bearing my personal number?

- If I want to order more products can I do so?
Yes of course, once you have registered, please visit our online store where you will find identity products that hopefully suit your every need. If you do not find a specific product to suit your requirements, please email us and we will add it to our store!
- What happens if I lose my membership card?
If you lose any of your identification items we can replace them at a small cost. Please login and visit our store.
- What happens if I feel that my personal number has been compromised?
Just advise us of this and we will immediately issue you with a new personal number at no charge. You will then have to visit our store to repurchase the various items of marked identification, that you will require.
- Do I have to provide the full ten contacts including my doctor?
No. We suggest that you include at least three emergency contact numbers on your database. It is entirely up to you whether you also include your doctor’s details or indeed any medical alert information. We believe, of course, your medical alert details are critical and strongly advise you to include this information.
- I am a member and now wish to change my details what do I do?
