You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PED Number and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your PED Number is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your PED Number has become known to anyone else, or if your PED Number is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete. In registering, you warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us within the 'Login to your account' area of the Website.
Contact4Me reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate memberships, remove or edit content, at its discretion.

2. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we use the information that you provide to us.

3. Access to Contact4me.com
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that availability of the Website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed and we shall not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

8. Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership and/or membership pack you can return the pack and cancel your membership in the first 30 days for a full refund. Goods bought from our online store will similarly be subject to a full refund if returned in an unopened resaleable condition within the first 30 days. Please see our Online Ordering Policy for the terms and conditions that will apply to any products returned to us.

9. Disclaimer
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. Contact4Me shall not be liable for failure to notify contacts in any instance where a third party fails to notify Contact4Me of an occurrence. Contact4Me shall not be liable if attempts to notify contacts are unsuccessful after reasonable attempts have been made utilising all telephone numbers provided by the member. Contact4Me shall not be liable for any medical information supplied to a third party. Contact4Me shall not be liable for any errors in the medical information contained in a member’s data file (PED).

11. Liability
Contact4Me, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering this Website), and any of Contact4Me’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party in connection with this Website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of this Website, any websites linked to this Website or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this Website or your downloading of any material from this Website or any websites linked to this Website.
Nothing in this Legal Notice shall exclude or limit Contact4Me’s liability for:
